Culinary Archaeologist

Culinary Archaeologist is a one host :30 show uncovering some of the most exotic ingredients and foods from around the world.  This is not a show about meals.  CA’s host will visit remote and obscure locations discovering and highlighting the origin of mysterious, unfamiliar and exotic spices and foods. CA will talk about the use of these elements in food and medicine.  Occasionally, the CA host will delve into the history of recognizable and traditional uses of these elements.  CA is a travel, history, educational show wrapped in food.
